Therapy addresses deeper emotional wounds, mental health diagnoses, and healing from trauma through evidence-based interventions integrated with biblical counseling. Therapy requires licensure and is limited to women located in Missouri.

No. Mentorship supports spiritual growth and practical application of faith but does not replace clinical therapy for mental health conditions. Therapy is recommended for those needing acute trauma recovery and mental health treatment.
