Your heart will wander until it finds rest in Him. Your heart will wander until it finds rest in Him.

// John 14:27 says: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

//Hebrews 13:20 says: Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

// Philippians 4:7 says: And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Baby nothing compares to that Christ kind of peace!

Spa days and self care are great, but don’t let jt fool you into thinking that’s where your peace comes from.

We can be peaceful in a storm because of Jesus.

This world may be burning but we remain at peace because of Jesus.

People wonder why you’re able to bear so much and you can tell them: Jesus!

May this be your reminder to draw deep from that eternal well of peace that passes understanding.

You’ve been taught something that might be costing You’ve been taught something that might be costing you your peace 🫠

That God is only found in stillness. So you keep waiting…

For the house to be quiet.
For the kids to settle down. For your schedule to finally open up.

But your life isn’t built that way

There’s always something to do.Someone always needs you.And the house doesn’t get quiet until the day is already gone.

So you tell yourself:“I’ll meet with Him later… when it’s quieter and I can finally focus.”

But “later” keeps getting pushed back.

And without realizing it, you’re pouring into everyone and everything from a place of strain instead of service.

💡 Let me hold your hand when I ask this:
What if Jesus isn’t waiting for a less busy version of you?
He’s not asking you to step out of your life to find Him.

He wants to meet you in it.

In the middle of your real, full, demanding day.

While you’re making breakfast.
Folding laundry.
Driving in the car.
Answering emails.
Sitting in that meeting.
Carrying the pressure of your busy day.

Friend, you don’t need a perfectly quiet hour to access Jesus.

You need awareness.

Instead of saying, “I’ll spend time with God later,”

Try saying,“Jesus, please meet with me right here.”

🔑 While you’re working: “Lord, help me.”
🔑 When you’re overwhelmed: “Father, I can’t do this. I need You now.”

🔑 When you’re leading: “Father, grant me wisdom.”

This is how you stay connected in real life.

Yes, quiet time matters. But it’s not your only access point.

You can walk with Jesus now, in the middle of your full, high-demand, beautifully busy life.

That shift changes everything.

And suddenly…you’re not constantly feeling behind anymore.

You start showing up differently; not from pressure, but from peace.

👉 Comment PEACE and I’ll DM you my podcast episode on how to stay connected to God and experience peace in the middle of your daily life.

If you ever felt like you can’t trust yourself - t If you ever felt like you can’t trust yourself - this is for you.

After experiencing trauma, it’s common to feel like you can’t trust yourself.

But 9 times 10, the reason you really feel like this is because trauma became the weapon to steal your sense of safety and identity.

Trauma sowed insecurity in the very places Christ came to sow strength.

But you can get it back though.

The Bible gives us a strategy in 2 Corinthians 10:5: take every single thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.

This is counterculture to everything pop psychology and the common mindfulness strategies you’ll hear in traditional therapy, which tells you to simply be a passive observer of your thoughts and watch them float by.

That’s anti-biblical.

God’s Word said, take every single thought captive. We are active participants in our thought life, not passive victims of it.

If you are struggling with rumination, intrusive thoughts, or just need more support in applying this biblical principle in a real way that’ll change your life, I created something specifically for women with these problems.
#

It’s a a simple PDF worksheet to help you take this spiritual principle and make it very tangible and practical so you can stop living in fear and start living in freedom.

Comment “thought life” and I’ll DM it to you.
Because you’re not crazy — you’re oppressed. Let Because you’re not crazy — you’re oppressed.

Let the Lord take the lead in how your healing should take place.

Sometimes it’s through 12 sessions of therapy; other times through 1 encounter with Him alone.

Both are holy work.

As a follower of Jesus, find a therapist who can support you through whichever path you take.

Because shame doesn’t suit you sweetie. It’s time Because shame doesn’t suit you sweetie. It’s time to speak out 🙌🏿 📢

Listen, I can’t turn loose this message. Someone listening needs to access the freedom that’s on the other side of your story.

Should I just bring back the testimony podcast?? 🤔

If you’re ready to share what Jesus has done for you send me a DM and we can talk about giving you a platform to speak it out.

Because the Word does not return void. He said

 “They triumphed over him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony;”

So you better testify!

I’m serious, if you feel led by the Lord to share please DM me! I host A New Creation Podcast which has been on hiatus while I’ve been pregnant and having a baby but…I’m sensing it’s time to birth that thing out again.

Reach out. I can’t wait to connect!
