Thankful for a whole lot of grace! The Lord is s Thankful for a whole lot of grace!

The Lord is showing me how grumbling is so egregious to Him, because we don’t always know what He is saving us from.

It’s a shortcoming, so let’s pray to renew our mind and view delays as opportunities to thank God and watch Him show out.

There is absolutely demonic delay, and I am not saying we should tolerate that, but even then, complaining won’t turn it around.

Your tongue & how you talk about it will!
it’s story time This is long but I trust the wome it’s story time

This is long but I trust the women who need to hear it will follow along 🙂

Still dealing with trauma even after “doing all th Still dealing with trauma even after “doing all the things”? This is for you 🤍

I’ve seen Jesus heal depression, PTSD, alcoholism, chronic pain and more in one miraculous moment.

But I’ve also seen Him heal through a longer process.

And maybe that’s you and you’re frustrated because you want that instant touch from God…because let’s be real, it’s not like you’ve been lazy about healing.

You went to therapy.
You did the journal work.
You put down the numbing agents.
You took up your cross and walked.

And now you’re wondering:
“Why hasn’t this worked yet?”

Because now you feel like all you have tos how for is another label like:
“chronic depression”
“PTSD”
“abuse survivor”
“Bipolar”

The enemy would love to make you feel ashamed of that.

But that is NOT the name Jesus calls you by. It’s what you’re going through; not who you are.

And for those who belong to Christ, it is not the name written in His Book either.

So the next time shame starts speaking, remember this!

PRACTICAL APPLICATION:
Spend some time with Jesus in prayer. Go to your secret place and ask Him:
🩷 “What do You call me?”
🩷 “What do You think about me?”
🩷 “How do You see me?”

Prayer isn’t some empty religious routine. It’s relationship with God and one of the most important parts of the healing work you will ever do.

Because sometimes healing begins by learning to hear what Heaven calls you.

It’s been an incredible ride letting Jesus take th It’s been an incredible ride letting Jesus take the reins and show me how to maintain the healing and deliverance He gave me.

Currently it’s all about grasping the brain science behind why we function differently after trauma and gaining confidence around building daily habits that support a softer, gentler way of life.

Scripture tells us that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that means we should steward these bodies well—including our nervous system.

I’m not saying focusing here is going to help everyone but for many women who find my work…it is the missing component.

It doesn’t require a lot.

Just attention.

Which will you try?
